The pictures of King Arthur below come from four different traditions. The first picture is a bronze statue of
King Arthur. It was made by Peter Vischer in 1513.
The second picture is a King Arthur movie poster. The recent film depicted Arthur as a hero
who saved the natives from the Saxon invasion.
The third picture is a 19th century painting by Frank Dicksee. Although untitled, this picture has
become the traditional depiction of King Arthur.
The fourth picture shows King Arthur on a French tapestry.
