Pictures of the Pope - Drawings and paintings of the Pope

The pictures of the Pope below come from four different traditions. The first picture is a sculpture, the Bust of Pope Innocent X by Alessandro Algardi, from the middle of the 17th century.

The second picture is a painting of Pope Urban VIII by Gian Lorenzo Bernini from 1632.

The third picture is the Portrait of Pope Pius VII by Jacques-Louis David from 1805.

The fourth picture is Pope Leo X with Cardinals Giulio de' Medici and Luigi de' Rossi by Raffaello. It was painted in 1518.
